Refunds for purchases made with a self-portrait e-gift card will be returned to a gift card in line with our standard refund policy. If multiple payment methods were used, the amount paid with the gift card will be refunded first, with any remaining balance returned by cash or credit/debit card.

The e-gift card will expire 12 months from the date of purchase. If you have chosen another date of receipt in the future, the e-gift card will expire 12 months from that specific date.

The minimum value of a self-portrait e-gift card is $50 and the maximum value is $1,000, in increments of $10. It is not possible to add additional value to a self-portrait e-gift card after purchase.

E-Gift Cards expire 24 months from the date of purchase upon dispatch for online. The 24 month activation will automatically renew when a balance top up is purchased and uploaded to the card 

If an e-gift card is lost or stolen, please contact Customer Services and provide the last four digits of the e-gift card number as shown on the original email.
