US SHIPPING

Self-Portrait offers free delivery on full priced orders for all US mainland destinations whilst a $10 fee applies on all sale orders. We cover all import duties & taxes for our US customers.

The delivery time is within 1-2 working days from dispatch.

Due to the large volume of orders we receive during sale, please allow a few extra days for your order to be sent out from our warehouse.

Please note, we do not despatch on US bank holidays including over thanksgiving, please allow extra time for your order to be despatched during this period.

US customs may delay delivery and require an import form for orders over $800. There will be no additional fees to pay upon delivery.

You'll get an email with the tracking information once the package has left the warehouse.

If your order is shipped via different warehouses, you will receive separate tracking information.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our UK address. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
